In this video, Phoebe the corgi puppy learns how to surf for the first time in Hawaii. She was a little nervous at first. Like many other corgis, Phoebe is not a big fan of getting wet. However, Phoebe eventually learned how to surf the ocean waves like a pro. She was inspired by another dog surfing next to her at the same beach.
