Nomonde Jikajika Balarane

Nomonde Jikajika Balarane has been teaching for 12 years at Little Hood Primary School and has recently been denied the HOD post by the principal saying that she can't get the post because she can not speak AFRIKAANS and now she's complaining about racism at the school.
