My mod for GTA III - 3D model of the building from 'Hey Arnold' (Final version)

(Final version, with improved wall textures) This 3D model was made by me in the software, called 'ZModeler', then placed into GTA 3, but the mod was never published. So, it couldn't be downloaded from anywhere. The only thing available is this video.

P.S. If I remember correctly, in the cartoon this building had a name "Sunset Arms Mansion"
