In a large bowl combine the egg and milk. In a second bowl combine flour with seasoned salt, ground black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Clean potatoes and cut into wedges, placing them in the milk mixture. Using a slotted spoon, remove the potatoes and dredge in the flour mixture. Working in batches, fry in hot peanut oil for 4-5 minutes. Remove and fry the wedges for a second time, about 4-5 minutes and serve.
