Families who aren't fluent in English are struggling with distance learning during COVID-19 pandemic

Like so many parents across Greater Cincinnati, Maria Garcia is struggling to help her children manage the remote learning that’s taking place this school year because of the coronavirus pandemic. The struggle is compounded, Garcia said, because she doesn’t speak much English.
