27-YEAR-OLD influencer Nicole Zavala claims she is addicted to plastic surgery. When she turned 18, Nicole asked her father for a new pair of boobs and a nose job, and has since never looked back. She has since had multiple Brazilian Butt Lifts, breast augmentations, liposuctions and fillers. In total she has spent over $40,000 on cosmetic surgery and is spending up to $10,000 each year. Nicole's brother Michael disapproves of the amount of procedures she is getting done - and is worried it might become too much one day. Nicole, however, has a very clear aim. She told Truly: "I love all this fake stuff, I love the 'plastic-ness' - I want to look like a fake Barbie doll."
