Breakdown of voter turnout by state for the past 18 election cycles (sounds boring, it's NOT). Data can be used, along with trends, to model a forecast - THIS DOESNT WORK WITH PANDEMICS APPARENTLY, but everywhere else it is a pretty solid set of tools to have. These models are basic and the formulas are based on simple statistical trend analysis using logic and understanding of data forecast modeling. I have no idea if there are "accepted" statistical models to predict the turnout trends and, frankly, after the IMHE Covid models and the 2016 election, I don't care because I am pretty sure they suck.
