Happy Train Engineer Throws Gift to Railfan

Info from Licensor: I set up in Port Reading, NJ, at Port Reading Yard, and this crude oil train was backing up into the yard. The engineer was very nice and gave me something to remember the trip. The gift he threw out the window of the NS engine was a locomotive Reverser tool. It's a key that they insert, and then they can change the engine from reverse to forwards. This had to be an extra.
