South Africa - Cape Town - 24 November 2019 - The launch of the English Bible for the deaf was celebrated at the St George's Cathedral in Cape Town. Dr Rocco Hough has been ministering to the deaf people at the De La Bat congregation and the surrounding deaf community for the last 30 years.
