South Africa - Cape Town - 15 October 2019 - Pictured James Engelbrecht in his flat. Residents of the Communicare housing company’s Welverdiend flats in Rondebosch have received letters notice of eviction, which is set to take place next year. They are up in arms as they say they have no where else to go and that proper procedures aren’t being followed. According to their website, Communicare own and manage a growing residential portfolio, currently comprising of 3375 rental units in well located areas in Cape Town.
