Trailer Carrying Tesla Comes Uncoupled

Info from Licensor: "I was driving to work. The first thing I noticed was that the registration plate that was on the trailer was not a proper plate; it was a handwritten one which is not legal. When I saw it happen, I thought it was a recovery vehicle that had lost control, and I called 999 to report to the police. It was quite scary. The silver car in front was very lucky to have avoided it and had to move to dodge it. It was only when I watched the video that I realized that it was in fact a trailer that had come uncoupled from the towing car. This part of the M60 is usually much busier and it's so lucky that this wasn't a fatality."
