Rejecting the Premise. The President is asked by a member of the press, “win, loose or draw in this election, will you commit to a peaceful transferral of power?" This question is based on a false premise. Reject it.
The only people who haven’t accepted the results of an election are Hillary Clinton and Stacey Abrams.
