South Africa - Durban - 16 May 2019 - Umlazi, Durban community complains about a construction company that works in the area building RDP houses has blocked the road with sand and rubble. The constructor which was appointed by the Municipality had left the site and the residents are pleading with the Municipality to clean the area on Mango Close as they have no access road going to their homes, 16 May 2019
