South Africa - Johannesburg - 27 June 2019 - Member of the Mayoral Committee for Health and Social Development, Dr Mpho Phalatse, lead a march to commemorate the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, in partnership with various civil society organisations, to raise awareness on the scourge of drug abuse and illicit trafficking as well as strategies the City has put in place.
