4 compound movements for accessories in strength training and for bodybuilding purposes. The volume is great for bodybuilding. I used Arnold Presses to hit the three portions of the deltoids for more of a bodybuilding effect. The best tool for strength training will always be the barbell, using heavy load with shorter rep ranges, but accessory development is key as you become stronger and the gains slow down.
