UPDATE 1 - Gauteng MEC Lesufi to appeal court ruling on Hoerskool Overvaal language dispute (vYk)

Parents voice out their anger at the North Gauteng High Court after the judge ruled that their children can't go to HoérSkool due to capacity. The judge also said the department of education can't negate the school’s language policy, this is after the department wanted the 55 learners to be taught in English in a Afrikaans school.
