I ask the question---with the SLOW death of legacy casual dining chains like Applebees and Ruby Tuesdays coinciding with all of the mayhem and hardships in the greater Restaurant and Commercial Real Estate industry related to the Covid-19 lockdowns, WHAT ARE SOME GOOD IDEAS FOR ADAPTIVE RE-USE?
