20200915 - Overreaction (The Five Minute Summation)

Yesterday, I wrote an article on overreaction. I talk a little about some of the things I said in that blog post, in this video.

Needless to say, even lucky former (and sometimes current) hot heads like me who ended up with only minor results from our overreacting, continue to rue those cases where we did so.

If you're prone to go over the top when you respond to things that are said or have happened, I worry that you'll do something that'll change your life forever. Examples would be you or others getting seriously hurt or dying.

Please work to reduce your tendency to overreact if you're prone to do so.
