Police Arrest Man in Library

Info from Licensor: "I filmed it at a Library, Williston, North Dakota, 21/07/2020. The librarians told me that I was in a Covid-Restricted zone and needed to move elsewhere. I never heard of such a rule, after being at several libraries post-Covid and not having this kind of problem before. One sister told me to stop getting into trouble and my mom said that I like to argue a lot. I reached a settlement with the librarian to leave and use their wifi outside the building in my car. As I was leaving, the cops arrived and demanded my ID. I offered to make an even exchange and then I was arrested. I am waiting for my criminal trial in mid December 2020."
