Divine Nine Black fraternities, sororities help recruit election workers for Detroit

They are steeped in tradition helping their communities for decades. Now, the Divine Nine historically Black fraternities and sororities have started recruiting people to work on Election Day counting absentee ballots at the TCF Center in downtown Detroit.
