Overnight storms ahead of highs below 60 on Tuesday

Overnight lows will drop into the upper 50s and Tuesday's highs will struggle to hit 60. That is normal for the 3rd week of October. It is chilly, windy (NE 20-35 mph) and showers throughout the day. We could see at least 1" of rain with isolated higher amounts.
