OSHA hits stores at Fashion Mall

Three stores at Fashion Show Mall have been cited for not following health guidelines. They are Saks Fifth Avenue, Forever 21, and Shoes Shiekh. Nevada OSHA hit each with a penalty of $8,500 each. Officials say the stores weren't complying with at least one rule. OSHA says if the stores continue their non-compliance, they could be closed.
