Army dog shows his loyaalty

One army dog could not be stopped from
demonstrating his loyalty to a man he considered as part of his family.

The dog named Duo Duo was living in a Chinese army installation with his handler, Wang Xudong.

After many years working with the army, it was now time for Xudong to leave the military.

Duo Duo was on duty patrolling on the day Xudong was retiring. The dog refused and opted to stay beside Xudong.

He tried to persuade the German Shepherd to go back to work but all in vain.

Those who were at the ceremony said the dog willingly took part and salute without being forced.

Duo Duo could not salute like a human being, so he did it by standing at full attention with his back legs.
