Mysterious old tunnel was recognized by Ripley's Believe it or Not

It was once called the "eighth wonder of the world". The tunnel on Culvert Road in the Town of Ridgeway was built in 1823. Historian Catherine Cooper says "It would have been tough work, they were tough people."
