The media has tried to make a political issue out of uncorroborated compartmentalized intelligence from an interrogation leaked to the New York Times and some Americans believe them. In spite of risks associated to America’s human intelligence resources and deployed forces, it seems during an election year, our politicians and biased media cannot help themselves but to try and bring harm to American service members.
