Today will be a steam bath with hot temperatures and dew points in the 70s. It looks like it should be mainly dry though with highs in the low/mid-90s. A Heat Advisory has been issued for part of the area with heat index values top 100. Thursday will have showers and t'storms developing, especially in the afternoon. A few of these storms could contain gusty wind or hail, with some locally heavy downpours also possible. Highs will be in the upper-80s to near 90. It looks like we get a little break from the heat this upcoming weekend with highs only in the 80s, though some small chances of a shower or t'storm.
