We're staying hot and hazy as we head into the holiday weekend. Expect a climb back to the 90s for most of the county, with the mid-90s in the valley and most desert cities. The Kern River Valley will top out in the low 90s this afternoon with the low 80s in the south mountains of Tehachapi and Frazier Park.
