Addressing structural racism in healthcare

The U.S. surgeon general is addressing structural racism, saying it's partly why the coronavirus has affected black and Latino Americans so heavily. The CDC is now requiring states to collect data about race, ethnicity, gender, and zip code for coronavirus cases.
