Info from Licensor: "The video was taken in Liskeard Cornwall because my daughter (aged 4) was crying herself to sleep every night because she missed her nanny and grandad so much (she’s used to seeing them every day) I couldn’t bare it any longer, so I had the idea of using a chemical suit, mask and gloves so she could have a cuddle (they knew nothing about it). Since this, my daughter has been happier and talks a lot about the day she got to cuddle nanny and grandad. I love the fact the video shows what a special relationship they have. My little girl took 8 years and two rounds of IVF to get, so she is very special to us and them as I’m sure you can see. All equipment used was disposed of safely"
