Parties on The Hill spell trouble for CU's return

Boulder is the rare county in Colorado seeing a spike in coronavirus cases, most of them are linked to parties on The Hill. Denver7's Ivan Rodriguez is asking the city, CU and the County what they're doing to keep students in line.
