The family of classic rock legend Tom Petty has filed a cease and desist notice with the Trump campaign.
The legal filing comes after one of the late musician's songs was played at the President's rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
According to CNN, Petty's 1989 hit "I Won't Back Down" was played on Saturday evening at the rally.
Petty's family said in a tweet; "Trump was in no way authorized to use this song".
His family went on to say; "Tom Petty would never want a song of his used for a campaign of hate".
The family said they stand for America and democracy, but hey believe Donald Trump does not represent "noble ideals of either."
