Man Breaks Bus Windows With Roadsigns

Info from Licensor: "A man laughed and attacked peak hour traffic. He damaged a car and a bus outside a primary school during rush hour at 7:35 am. He smashed the windows while three passengers on the bus were traveling to work, fearing for their lives. He used road signs that he ripped off the road works station nearby as weapons. The man was taken to Flinders Medical Centre for mental health assessment and cut injuries. Glenelg primary school was put into lockdown."
