Gov. DeWine's office says he would veto bills limiting Dr. Acton's power to issue health orders

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine’s office confirmed the governor will veto either piece of legislation proposed by state lawmakers that would limit Ohio Health Director Dr. Amy Acton’s ability to enact statewide health orders, such as the stay-at-home order issued in March.
