Nevada Department of Employment answers question of deductible income

Nevada employment representatives answer the following viewer question: "The biggest issue for many people, including myself, are related to "deductible income," which is usually severance pay. I have faxed my pay stubs but still have not received a response and can get through on the phone. I have called for 11 days straight with no answer. The governor boasted about a new call center, but they can only answer general questions."
