Dump Truck Tires Tumble Down Road

Info from Licensor: "I sent my employee out to pick up debris from the roadside and a 10 wheeler dump truck lost its left rear duals. He heard the commotion and fled to avoid being hit by an out of control flying wheel. The other wheel came off and crashed into the storefront across the street. Thankfully with the coronavirus, there wasn't much traffic at the time and the dining area in the store was closed. there could have been serious injuries."
