Info from Licensor: This video I’ve dubbed “Ice Queen” was taken on 2/24/20 at Jay Cooke State Park in northern Minnesota. I went for a walk after a warmer weekend and hoped to see the St Louis River starting to break up while photographing from the suspension bridge in the park. And there she was! The natural Ice Queen that had formed in the river fueled my spring fever. In northern Minnesota, we pray that the groundhog sees his shadow so we only have 6 more weeks of winter.
