Near Miss Leads to Pillion Injury

Info from Licensor: "A white van beats the red light and almost causes an accident. As light turns green, the motorcyclist inched forward and managed to brake timely to evade the van. The braking caused the pillion off her seat and to the side. Another motorcyclist behind was also involved. The driver of white van fled the scene without rendering any assistance. 3 victims (2 motorcyclists and 1 pillion) were left to recover. I (the driver of the car with dash camera) went over to exchange numbers for provision of video for evidence/reporting."
