Tonight at 11: Sheriff Youngblood responds to Grand Jury report on Coroner's Office

Sheriff Donny Youngblood is responding to a report about the Kern County Coroner's office that was released in February. Part of the report said "it appears the Coroner is functioning in the 21st century with 1970s infrastructure." The sheriff says he's never been as sure as he is now that the coroner's office will get a new facility. That story at 11 on 23ABC News.
