This is the moment paramedics in Russia drag a patient along the asphalt after refusing to give him a stretcher and saying "stretchers are for the sick, but this one is drunk and dirty."
The scene took place in the southern Russian city of Berezniki in Perm Krai where citizens witnessed paramedics carrying a man on asphalt towards the ambulance.
