Builders Plummet To Ground As Scaffolding Collapses

This is the moment four builders narrowly escape death as the scaffolding they are standing on outside a tower block collapses like a house of cards.

The incident was filmed in the city of Derbent in the south-western Russian republic of Dagestan by an onlooker, and the footage was later posted on social media.

According to local media, the men were positioned on the ninth floor when the scaffolding collapsed and luckily everyone survived.
