DA says he can't prosecute Aurora officer found passed out drunk over lack of admissible evidence

The Aurora police officer who was found passed out drunk at the wheel of his patrol car while he was on duty last March will not face DUI charges – or any others at the moment – in the case because prosecutors feel they do not have enough evidence to prosecute him for driving under the influence.
