Info from Licensor: "Bridge Day in West Virginia is the only day of the year in which it is legal to BASE jump from the iconic New River Gorge Bridge. Thousands of spectators filled the bridge to watch over 100 jumpers enjoy the day. A human catapult was one of several ways to be launched from the 876-foot bridge – which gave approximately 8.8 seconds until impact."
