Sun Dog Spotted During Ground Blizzard

Info from Licensor: My husband Chuck and I went out to check roads to see if he should start plowing yet or not. I love taking photos so of course, I went with. I had seen a sun dog from home but couldn’t get a clear shot of it. We were in a ground blizzard. It actually was not snowing in this video. It was the wind blowing around the snow we received the day before. It was windy. The sustained winds were 28 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. and the actual temperature was -2F. With windchill, it was -27F.
