A mother is demanding answers after her daughter died of apparent drug-related complications while in custody at the Hamilton County Justice Center. At a candlelight vigil held Thursday night on the steps of jail, Bridgett Hoskins, the mother of 25-year-old Jessica Stroup, said she's placed multiple calls to county officials, but hasn't gotten any answers.
