Have you ever found yourself caught in the strong waves of a storm? Probably not, since most people usually take precautions, but that was not the case with this man and his son. This is the case of a man named Guy Broster, 46, who was accompanied by his son Luke, 19. The man reported that he was going to a sports game, but that he had to cross a coastal road in Cumbria to get to the sports game, and everything was going well until the waves began to hit the car they were driving. This man and his son were very brave, as they did not stop until they reached their destination, although there were many puddles and waves in their path. This video was filmed on December 14, 2019. This video is totally crazy!

To be brave is to have the courage to overcome what we have in front of us. It is the opportunity to face that situation that life offers us, or that we have chosen. Being brave is a conscious choice, to test our abilities, our limits, and blockages. Courage is a challenge that we are exposed to grow, learn and overcome. There is no courage if we have not recognized fear before that situation in which we have decided to be brave. When we do not recognize the risk of a situation and do not reflect on its consequences, we can be reckless, but not brave.

When we do something, because we know how to do it and we have it well mastered, we will be experts, professionals or we will be well trained, but we will not be brave for that either. Courage transits other paths. To be brave, we will always recognize the fear of that decision or situation, its dangers, risks and threats and, despite them, we decided to face it, and have the courage to expose ourselves, take risks and try our best to make it go well.

Being brave is deciding to overcome your fears. When you do not face your fears, you do not overcome them, you block yourself, you remain still and you do nothing, courage is replaced by cowardice. Take the opportunity and show yourself that you can also be brave. The brave person chooses the path of success because while fear paralyzes us, courage sets us in motion, allows us to overcome obstacles, find solutions, be creative and not stop until we achieve our goals. This man and his son are very brave!

This is the scary moment a dad and son were nearly swept away by storm waves that engulfed their car. Guy Broster, 46, was driving his son Luke, 19, to a sports match along a seaside road in Cumbria when waves started to batter the car. Computing teacher Guy persisted with his journey - until the Vauxhall Meriva plunged into a huge puddle, and dashcam footage shows water slamming the car.
