This is the moment Russian FSB agents surround a house and arrest a man they suspect of raising funds for the so-called Islamic State by pretending to be collecting for charity.
The arrest took place in the Dagestan Republic region in south-western Russia and involved members of the Russian Investigative Committee and the Federal Security Service (FSB).
The authorities arrested a man identified as Saadu Akhmednabiyev on suspicion of collecting money for the Islamic State by pretending he was collecting money for charity.
