Rising rents forcing popular Denver eatery Colt & Gray to shut its doors after a decade in business

Along Platte Street, there is no shortage of open retail spots and people going about their day. Many of them walk by Colt & Gray, a restaurant that, after 10 years in business, will be closing its doors.
