1 year anniversary for Las Vegas police homeless outreach program

It's been one year since Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department started its homeless outreach program. The Homeless Outreach Team helps people who are homeless transition off the streets with the help of some other partnerships, such as the Jewish Family Services and Crossroads of Southern Nevada.
