Fort Myers Beach neighbors work with nonprofit to have 50 mini reefs installed

Those living in the Fairview Isles community on Fort Myers Beach worked together to come up with a way to improve their water quality, following issues with things like algae they experienced last year. They are working with a nonprofit called Ocean Habitats who is installing artificial mini reefs on their docks.
