Who are recovery teams looking for downtown?

We don't know the name of the man trapped inside a partially-collapsed parking garage downtown, but we know a few things about him. He was a construction worker with Baker Concrete. He was examining the sixth floor of the parking garage to ensure it was stable. And the floor gave out underneath him.
